An annual membership covers your physical, follow-ups, acute visits and access to integrative, functional and complementary care, plus direct physician access via the Spruce app. We don’t bill private insurance; we accept Medicare for covered services, and you keep your own insurance for hospital and specialty care.

Membership pricing is shared during your introductory conversation, because the right plan depends on your needs. Call (480) 470-0606 and we’ll walk you through everything with full transparency.
For non-Medicare members: your annual physical, follow-up and acute visits, plus access to complementary, functional and integrative care and services. For Medicare members: access to the non-covered integrative and functional services. Both include direct physician access via Spruce.
We do not accept private insurance; the practice is membership-based and cash-pay. We accept Medicare for Medicare-covered services. You keep your own insurance for hospitalization, surgery, ER and specialty care.
We care for snowbirds at no additional charge beyond membership and usual charges, coordinating care while you travel. We do ask to see you once a year in Arizona.
